About the role

We’re looking for experienced candidates for our DevOps Engineer role that will join the engineering team. You will design, implement, document, and maintain systems for multiple high-traffic cloud-based applications. You should be completely comfortable with the Unix toolkit, basic networking concepts, and be at least a passable programmer, capable of writing or amending existing systems in Go, NodeJs, or PHP.


Requirements

Note: it is not required that you have all of these! Teams have varying needs, focuses, and use varying technologies.

  • Architecture planning abilities
  • Experience in Docker and Kubernetes
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience using AWS(Fargate, Lambda, CloudFront, etc)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/Travis CI/Circle CI
  • Experience with  Infrastructure as Code services like Terraform, Pulumi, or Serverless. 
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Good analytical and debugging skills
  • Good knowledge in networking, TCP/IP protocols, FW management
